Hi! I’m Nathan Shultz – executive coach, former corporate leader, and your guide to CRUSHING your first 90 Days in a new role.

I created LAUNCH because I know exactly what it takes to thrive in career transitions. I’ve used this system myself as an executive and have helped leaders like you excel in new roles for over 8 years.
